Interested in knowing what the real estate market is doing, particularly in the Tallahassee/Leon County area?  I am presently comprising and preparing to send out my annual State of the Tallahassee Real Estate Market newsletter.


As usual I will have information about what occurred in 2016 and what is expected by pundits and yours truly to occur in 2017 in our area.  I also will have information on where the homes are selling the most and where values and sales are compared to previous years.

I have been in real estate here in Leon County since 2002.  Many changes have happened from the housing meltdown to changes from a sellers market to a buyers market and many people will be surprised to know that we are back in a sellers market.  Plus our real estate contract is changing, some agents will be using the old Tallahassee Board of Realtors contract  and many will be changing to the FAR/BAR as  is contract which almost all other Boards in the state utilize.  As an experienced Realtor, I of course know the TBR contract well and am now knowledgeable on the FAR/BAR contract.
